Q. Why should I book a Maxi Cab?

If you are traveling in a group of more than four passengers or if you have excessive amount of luggage than it would be a good idea to book a Maxi Cab.

Q. Would you charge extra if my flight has been delayed?

We do understand your concern and we will accommodate late flights. Please provide us your flight number during the booking and we will continuously monitor the flight status for you and you can travel worry free, we will collect you when you land without any extra charges. We wait up to 1 hour and 30 minutes from when the flight land for free of charge. Based on our experience this should be ample time for you to go through the immigration process.

Q. What is the minimum advance booking and  the maximum advance booking period?

The minimum advance booking has to be at least 1 day in advance from the time you will need Maxi Cab.

The Maximum advance booking has to be the max of 3 months in advance from the time you will need Maxi Cab.

Q. Can I cancel my booking and get refund?

Yes you can cancel your booking minimum 3 days before your travel. There will be 10% cancellation charges to cover our handling charges. However we can change your dates for free and subject to our terms and conditions.

Q. Do you provide booster seats for kids?

Yes we do, Please mention this requirement in the special requirements section during your booking or send us a separate email. Booster seat is subject to additional charges as 10 SGD per booster seat.

Q. Does your drivers smoke or can anybody smoke in Maxi Cab?

Smoking in Maxi Cabs is prohibited by law in Singapore.

Q. If I only use Yes Maxi Cab service during my stay, can I get a discount on my further bookings?

Yes, please ask the driver for how to claim (terms & conditions apply). Not only that we can also make you aware of some other fantastic local offers. We always look after our customers and we guarantee your satisfaction about our service.

Q. I paid for my booking but I did not receive the email?

No worries, we will look after if you face such an issue. Please contact us through the email you have used to book the Maxi Cab and please tell us your name you used during the booking process, last four digits of the card you used or PayPal user Id. Regardless you have received an email or not, if you have paid you will receive the service and your maxi cab will be waiting for you at your specified time in the booking.

When you book Maxi Cab for hourly package we will follow your instructions to drive you from A to B and while at  your service we can make suggestions to assist you to maximize utilization of your time, being a Maxi Cab service we are not authorized guided tour operators. On request we can book a tour guide approved by Singapore Tourism Board for you at an additional cost and it will be subject to availability.

Q. Is traveling in Maxi Cab cheaper?

If you are travelling in a group or you have  excessive amount of language than Maxi Cab will be a cheaper option for you. Not only that our top class service will make your journey very comfortable.

Q. Do you charge extra for additional pick up points or drop off points?

Yes, there is an additional SGD $10 charge for each extra pick up and drop off points. During the booking process please use the drop down to add “Additional pick up points” or “Additional drop off points”.

Q. During online booking I forgot to add additional pick up point?

No worries, please contact us in advance and let us know the locations for your additional pick up points or drop off points. You can pay in cash SGD $10 for each additional pick up or drop off point.
